VendRoute
Route-management software for vending operators running bulk and crane machines. I built VendRoute to keep planning, collections, machine records, commissions, and service history together without making operators install another app.

What it does
Log stops on the go
Record collections and fill levels from a phone. Entries can be saved with poor service and synchronized later.
Track every machine
Keep type, brand, status, product assignment, and repair history attached to each machine.
Calculate commissions
Use flat or percentage rates by location, handle charity placements, and track paid and unpaid totals.
Close service calls
Collect open repairs in one queue and retain the closing note and date with the machine record.
Import and export
Bring existing data from spreadsheets, CSV, text, or VendTrak exports, then export current data to CSV at any time.
Simple pricing
$20 per month, per operator
All core features, support, and updates are included, with no feature tiers or add-ons required. Premium response-time support is available for an additional $5 per month.
